Facts - Your body is controlled by your nervous system which is protected by your spine and it is divided into two parts
The sympathetic nervous system that controls your fight/flight response i.e. when you fight the tiger/feel stressed.
It prepares you before you even know what is about to happen, your sixth sense, and release a bunch of hormones that you need for survival and fighting.
This reflex is an automatic one and you may think that you are fine and in control because you got used to stressing every day/all day - your ‘normal’ state.
However, naturally you would activate this survival reflex briefly every now and then but remain 98% of the time, or more, in the calm/relaxed state and not stressing.
-’But I’m not stressed’, I hear you say, -‘I love my life/work/relationship etc. but your survival instinct may have a totally different ‘opinion’ and keeps the hormones pumping as it perceives your daily stresses as a fight.
Your mind and body are very adaptable and can get ‘used to’ almost anything initially … until no more give, adaptation, compensation is available in your body and that is usually when the symptoms start or - your rubber band snaps!
The other part of your nervous system, the parasympathetic, controls all the regenerative/supportive functions … you heal, cells regenerate/make a new you, your digestive system is woking, so is your immune system, you fall in love and feel the bliss of just being … well, all this is switched off when your automatic ‘fight/flight’ is active - you can’t have both working at the same time.
You are programmed for survival hence why it is so sensitive and getting more sensitive with every encounter that you have with stress.
You should enjoy 98% of your day in your parasympathetic mode and only briefly tap into your sympathetic mode … if at all, and certainly not on a daily basis! Can you see where this is going? Your ‘normal’ daily life is triggering your ‘fight/flight’ reflex constantly - every day!
You are getting increasingly ‘unbalanced’ and without ever resetting your system, the inevitable pain, symptom is waiting around the corner when 'your rubber band snaps'
Now, let’s philosophy that you have a body that consists of five concepts and each with their own sympathetic and parasympathetic system but all working together and accumulating!
Your physical body and its imbalances from injuries, knocks and tumbles, sitting all day and stressing the brain from being 'out of position'.

Your energetic body … the free running of the universal energy up/down your meridians supporting the organs/muscles and unable to run freely, more stress!
Your chemical body … imagine all the rubbish chemicals in our society - food, air, medication etc. and how everything that you eat/drink is either stressing your body or supporting it.
Now, step back and take a helicopter view of your ‘normal’ life/health style and consider how all these stresses are stimulating your fight/flight response and switching off your healing, regenerative mode on a daily bases, week after week, months, years - without resetting ... without daily spinal hygiene!
The reason that you are in pain or have problems with your body is because of the accumulative effect of stress, in your 5 concept body.
This has caused way too much imbalance in your body for it to heal naturally and like a ‘rubber band’ when you pull on it, and keep adding stress, eventually it will break!
Now imagine a dimmer switch ... when it is fully turned up, 10/10, the room is lit up brightly and you can see everything without tripping up or missing something, right?
Your body works in a similar way with its light/energy. When you are under stress/tension the dimmer switch reduces and the energy within from the universe, can not be accessed by your cells. The result is, that with time your inborn vitality is reduced and unable to tap into its amazing healing potentials
